A The Trade Price Group customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We have established a firm policy of protection for our customers and are proud to offer our customers the following customer satisfaction policies
Money Back Guarantee *
If for any reason, within seven days from the date of installation, you are not satisfied with your hot tub we will refund the purchase price of your hot tub, less 20% restocking charge. *
Hot Tub Exchange Guarantee *
For 30 days from the date of installation, we will provide you the privilege of exchanging your hot tub for any other model from the range of hot tubs for the difference in the purchase price plus a 20% restocking
charge. **
Spa Site Guarantee *
Within three months of original installation, we will be happy to relocate your hot tub to any location on the same property where the hot tub was originally delivered. Our regular delivery requirements apply.
(excludes electrical and/or construction costs or the cost of a crane or any other equipment necessary other than our standard two-man crew with factory dollies.)
Customer Referrals
When you refer a friend to us, upon the purchase of a hot tub or swim spa, you will qualify for a referral fee of £250.00. This can be claimed as a voucher for water management products or a cash rebate. You must complete and submit a referral voucher at the time of purchase to qualify
Supplier Warranty
The Trade Price Group only use trained and fully qualified spa engineers to work on your spa. Should your hot tub require any warranty work after installation, we guarantee that the engineers working on your spa will be fully qualified and factory trained to do so
